Updated on Mar 25, 2010 08:48 pm IST
Bharatiya Janata Party accused the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance of diplomatic failure in 26/11 accused David Coleman Headley case, leading to denial of its 'sovereign right' to his custodial interrogation. Sitharaman further pointed out that if Denmark was given permission to meet Headley to question him about a potential strike why could not India, where attacks that killed 166 people were carried out, was not permitted yet to interrogate him, and called it a "goof-up".
