BJP again lashes out at Mayawati on cash garlands

The newly appointed BJP secretary Varun Gandhi at a public rally in Saharanpur came out with a sarcastic attack on Mayawati, chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, over her garlands of currency notes. Mayawati, chief of Bahujan Samaj Party, received criticism from various political parties for accepting garlands made out of currency notes worth 1.8 million rupees at a party rally in northern Lucknow on March 15.
