BJP announces new team of office-bearers

The BJP announced Nitin Gadkari's new team of office-bearers on Tuesday, with youth and women been given considerable representation. Party spokesperson Ravi Shankar Prasad in New Delhi announced a new team of office bearers and said it was a balanced team with a blend of the young and old, regional representation and a mix of experience and new vigor. Ending a three-month long suspense, Gadkari formed the party's new team, which consists of 121 members, including 13 Vice-Presidents, 10 General Secretaries, 15 Secretaries and one treasurer.
