BJP extends support to save river Ganga

BJP Leader, Uma Bharti visited Varanasi, to meet environmental activist G D Aggarwal and extend her support to the noble 'Save Ganga' campaign. Uma also said that she would stay for a day or two in the city and meet several other activists to chalk out a plan to strengthen the campaign. Taking a dig at the central government, Uma further added that adequate actions were not being taken by the authorities to save the river ganga. GD Aggarwal has been agitating for months along with scores of his supporters demanding to save the holy River Ganges.
