BJP restless to force early polls: PM
Updated on Sept 28, 2011 02:02 pm IST
Putting up a brave face amidst raging protests by the opposition, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has said that BJP is deliberately tarneshing the image of the Congress party to force dissolution of the parliament for early polls, adding that his government would "stay the course" until the end of its term. Dismissing suggestions of a rift among his ministers, Singh once again showed his full confidence in Home Minister P Chidamabaram, who is currently under the scanner over his role in 2G scam.
