BJP suspends two Gujjar MLAs

The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party in Rajasthan on Sunday cracked the whip on its warring Gujjar and Meena legislators and ministers, suspending two of them and issuing warnings to as many as 20. The BJP's action came a day after a Gujjar mahapanchayat in Kota adopted a resolution to bar Vasundra Raje from entering her Jhalawar constituency and the community decided not to vote in favour of the party in the next polls.
