Blair and Ban Ki-Moon express shock at university massacre

British Prime Minister Tony Blair expressed Britain's profound sadness over the worst shooting rampage in U.S. history at Virginia Tech University. Later, U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon also condemned Monday's shooting spree.At least 32 students were killed and 15 others were injured when a gunman opened fire in the Virginia Tech University on Monday. The gunman committed suicide latter, bringing the death toll to 33.
