Bollywood, cricket join hands for Srilankan Tamils

Bollywood and social cause seems to go hand in hand. In yet another such initiative, top cine stars will play a charitable cricket match against the Sri Lankan cricketers, a day before the Indian International Film Academy Awards 2010. The match aims to provide rehabilitation measures for the Tamilian population of Sri Lanka who suffered due to decades-old war between the country's defence forces and the rebel Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE). Actors Sunil Shetty, Hrithik Roshan and Srilankan cricketer Kumar Sangakkara also unveiled the team jerseys in Mumbai on Friday.
