Addresing an election rally in Khowai, a border town in Tripura, West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee blamed neighboring Bangladesh for sheltering militants. Bhattacharjee also appealed to the voters to reject India's main ruling Congress Party and main opposition Bharatiya Janata Party and vote for a third alternative.
