Buddhist Monks receive threats from Maoists

After creating havoc for locals, now Maoists have started threatening religious leaders as well. The monks of All India Bhikkhu Maha Sangha at the famed pilgrim centre of Bodhgaya confirmed of having received threats from the Maoists operating in the region. Treasurer of the forum Bhante Pragyadeep, disclosed this to the media persons at Bodhgaya on Saturday. In a letter mailed to him, a Maoist outfit active in the region, the Maoist Communist Centre (MCC) has threatened with dire consequences and an attack on the headquarters of the organisation.
