Budget Special: No expectations from central budget: Opposition

The leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party and Rashtriya Janata Dal in their pre-budget reaction have said that they are not expecting much from the general budget as the government has failed to contain inflation despite trying its best. Slamming the ruling Congress party in Patna, senior BJP leader, Rajnath Singh said that he is least optimistic about the budget, which Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee will present in the Parliament on Monday.
