Changing male mindset best way to stop rapes: Govt

On the occasion of International Women's Day, women and child development minister Krishna Tirath said that the government is looking to apply a different stance in tackling the growing rape cases in the country and that's by trying to change the mindset of men. Secretary of the All-India Progressive Women's Association, Kavita Krishnan, said that the society was consistently constructing roadblocks to curb the freedom of women in the country.
