Chhattisgarh hostage crisis: third round of talks to begin

After the last two rounds of talks between the Maoists and the mediators that have ended inconclusively, interlocuter BD Sharma has left for Raipur, to have the third round of talks with the maoists. Sharma would be holding parleys with the rebels and press upon them to release the abducted Collector of Sukma District, Alex Paul Menon.
