Chidambaram boycott: Central government slams BJP

The Central government has slammed the BJP led National Democratic alliance's (NDA) decision to boycott Union home minister P Chidambaram in the ongoing session of Parliament owing to his alleged role in the 2G scam. Addressing mediapersons today, Union Law Minister Salman Khurshid said that Chidambaram was not involved in the 2G spectrum allocation. Meanwhile Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal said that till now there was no evidence to substantiate Chidambaram's role in the scam.
