Child kidnapped from district hospital

In an outrageously daring incident a child was kidnapped from a district hospital. The thief allegedly snatched the child from the mother's hand. Both the police and the hospital management are baffled by the recurring incident, while it has raised serious questions over patients' security at the hospital.
