Chinese General has warned India, not Chinese govt: Manish Tewari

Even as a Chinese General warned India against stirring up a "new trouble" in a long-running border dispute, hours before Union defence minister AK Antony was to land in Beijing, union information and broadcasting minister Manish Tewari said that Chinese army has ample no of major generals so if one of them has commented this doesn't mean that Chinese government has given the statement.
