Coalgate: Law minister saw draft, says CBI director

CBI director Ranjit Sinha on Friday filed a two-page affidavit in the Supreme Court stating that the draft status report on the coal scam was shared with Union law minister Ashwani Kumar. The affidavit clearly mentions that the draft status report on coal was shared with the joint secretary in PMO and other coal ministry officials as well.
