Cold wave continues to grip Northern India

Locals shiver as freezing cold wave continued to grip India's national capital New Delhi on Monday.The minimum temperature recorded was 6 degree Celsius in the capital and a common sight was people sitting around bonfires to warm themselves.People in Kullu are also finding it difficult to beat the chill as temperature in the region dipped to minus 6 degree Celsius.
