Cold wave grips northern India, normal life disturbed

Cold wave has handicapped the normal life in Manali region of Himachal Pradesh as the mercury continues to dip in the region. The temperature has plunged to minus 4 degree Celsius in many parts of the region, making the life difficult for the locals. Locals can be seen trying to warm themselves by sitting next to bonfires at several places in the town.
