Cong party offer prayers

After losing support from its crucial communist alliance over nuclear deal, workers of congress party offered prayers in Kanpur to secure vote of confidence in the parliament. The vote is expected to take place on either 21 or 22 July. The confidence vote is crucial to make the civil nuclear deal operational. It would also constitute one of the most important achievements of the UPA government in its four years in office.
