Congress believes in development for all: Rahul

Addressing a gathering in Chittorgarh region of Rajasthan, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday took a pot shot at the ruling BJP for lack of development in the state. He highlighted the achievements and flagship schemes of the Congress-led UPA government.
