Congress Spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi condemned fresh violence in Kashmir on the festive occasion of Eid on Saturday. He further added that Kashmir is a very sensitive issue and a solution for it could not be done in a hurry. Meanwhile, authorities imposed an indefinite curfew in Srinagar and other Jammu and Kashmir towns on Sunday, a day after the city saw widespread violent protests following Eid prayers. An FIR was registered against moderate separatist leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq for inciting violence, who led the separatist march.
