Taking a dig at Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi's proposed fast to promote 'social harmony'; Congress spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi on Tuesday termed it an act of 'gimmickry'. While briefing mediapersons in New Delhi, he further demanded for a sincere apology from Modi for the 2002 Gujarat riots case. On Monday Supreme Court refused to pass any order on the petition alleging inaction on the part of Modi and his administration to control the 2002 riots after the Godhra carnage.
