Congress spokesperson Manish Tiwari on Tuesday questioned the relevance of the report by Public Accounts Committee (PAC) chairman Murli Manohar Joshi which directly indicted the Prime Minister Office and home minister P Chidambaram in the 2G spectrum scam. Tiwari said when the Joint Parliamentary Committee has been set up on opposition parties' demand to look into the 2G spectrum scam then the opposition should co-operate with the functioning of PAC.
