Congress spokesperson Manish Tiwari on Tuesday questioned the relevance of the report by Public Accounts Committee (PAC) chairman Murli Manohar Joshi which directly indicted the Prime Minister Office and home minister P Chidambaram in the 2G spectrum scam.
