Cook credits coach Graham Gooch for his innings

After an unsuccessful stint in the first two Test matches, Alastair Cook stroked his 19th Test century as England's ruthless batsmen amassed 456 for three on the second day of the third Test against a weary-looking India at the Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham on Thursday. Later briefing the mediapersons during a post-match news conference, Cook said his century came as a sigh of relief for his initial failure. He further credited batting coach Graham Gooch for making England's batsmen greedy for 'daddy' hundreds and hoped that he carries on the good batting into the third day of the match.
