Court rejects ND Tiwari's plea to keep DNA report secret

The Delhi High Court today dismissed veteran Congress leader ND Tiwari's plea to keep confidential, the DNA report in the paternity suit filed against him by Rohit Shekhar, who claims the former chief minister of Uttarakhand and governor of Andhra Pradesh to be his biological father.
