CPI (M) to observe `black day' on Rice's arrival

Communist Party of India (Marxist) reaffirmed its stand on the Indo-US nuclear agreement as it decided to observe `Black Day' on the day US Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice is expected to arrive in India. General Secretary of Communist Party of India (Marxist) Prakash Karat while addressing the media in Raipur city on Sunday reiterated its opposition to the operationalisation of the Indo- U.S. nuclear agreement.
