CRPF will not be removed from Maoist areas: Raman Singh

Chief Minster of Chhattisgarh Raman Singh called for an emergency meeting with senior officials on Wednesday to decide for future strategy in wake of recent Maoist attack on CRPF personnel in Narayanpur district on Tuesday. The meeting was attended by senior CRPF and Interior Ministry officials to take stock of the situation, and plan the course of future action for the anti-Maoist operation conducted by the joint forces. Coming out of the meeting, Additional DGP informed that it has been decided that CRPF will remain deployed in the state wherever they are there.
