Curfew grips Kashmir Valley after fresh violence

Curfew was reimposed in all major towns of the Kashmir Valley on Sunday, except in Baramulla, following reports of fresh protests and violent clashes. Meanwhile, three persons who were injured during alleged firing by security forces over the last three days succumbed to their wounds, taking the death toll in the ongoing unrest to 102. Two persons were killed and three others sustained injuries in security forces-related firing in the Pattan area of Baramulla District. Curfew, which was relaxed in Srinagar city on Saturday after six days, was imposed again on Sunday.
