Curfew leaves tourists grounded in Jammu

The ongoing protests and curfew in Jammu region has left the tourists visiting the valley in a state of inconvenience. The curfew imposed in the state following violent agitations and protests by agitators over the Hindu shrine land transfer row has left the tourists stranded. Jammu which is a predominantly Hindu region has been witnessing violent protests as demonstrators have been demanding restoration of forestland allotted to the Board by the state government.
