Decision on BCCI deferred till Nov 4

Decision of putting BCCI under RTI ambit has been deferred till November 4. Activists had petitioned the courts to put the BCCI under the ambit of the RTI had sought the opinion of the CIC on the matter. Needless to say, the BCCI is strongly opposing any move to be put under the RTI ambit.
