Delay in Afzal's execution boosted terrorists' morale: Ramdev

Yoga guru Baba Ramdev said that the morale of terrorists was boosted by government's delay in executing Afzal Guru. Guru, the prime convict of 2001 Parliament attack was given death sentence by the Supreme Court on 2004 and was hanged at Tihar Jail in New Delhi on Saturday.
