Delhi gangrape case: BJP takes on Govt, questions safety of women

Asserting that the nation's capital today has become the crime capital of India, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday lashed out at the UPA Government at the Centre and Sheila Dikshit-led Congress Government in Delhi for not taking any effective measures to prevent such crimes against the women.
