Delhi gangrape case: Cong welcomes the swift beginning of the trial

The Congress has welcomed the swift beginning of the Delhi gangrape-cum-murder case trial, as the court is set to frame charges against six persons, accused of raping a 23 year-old student on a moving bus. Congress leader, Jagdambika Pal said that the whole country wants that the culprits must be awarded strictest punishment and on time.
