DGCA dissatisfied with Kingfisher's revival plan: Ajit Singh

Union Civil aviation minister, Ajit Singh, on Thursday stated that the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) is dissatisfied with the revival plan put forward by debt-strapped Kingfisher airlines whose operating license expired on December 2012.
