DK Ravi's father-in-law: CID deleted CCTV footage

Father-in-law of DK Ravi, Hanumantharayappa has alleged that the state CID has erased footage that shows the IAS officer walking out of his residence in the morning of the day of his death. 35-year-old DK Ravi, a 2009-batch IAS officer, was found dead in his official residence in South Bengaluru on March 16. After initial investigation, Karnataka government and CID claimed that it was a suicide case due to some "personal reason". After massive protests, the state government handed over the case from CID to CBI.
