DMK, Congress at loggerheads over seat sharing in TN

Ahead of the provincial polls in Tamil Nadu, deadlock over seat sharing between central ruling Congress party and regional ally and state's ruling party, Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) continued despite a meeting between Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad and Tamil Chief Nadu M. Karunanidhi on Wednesday. Azad, in charge of party affairs of Tamil Nadu came down to Chennai, to negotiate on seat sharing arrangements with Karunanidhi at DMK party headquarters.
