Drink-driving rings alarm bells in India

Rising accidents caused by drunken driving amid rising traffic in India's cities is ringing alarm bells. Alongside awareness drives far more stringent traffic laws to curb in the menace have been called for. Deepak Gupta is an example. He is undergoing what the court has ruled as punishment for a drunken driving violation - regulating traffic in Delhi in the summer heat.
