EU backs IPCC over glacier melting issue

European Union backed the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) on Saturday, a day after Prime Minister Manmohan Singh firmly supported the UN body, which is under fire over the wrong prediction on melting of Glaciers by 2035. Ribera also said that the EU has full respect for the IPCC and a small factual slip up will not affect the credibility of the institutions.
