Fierce gun battle continues for fifth day in Kashmir

A fierce gun battle between security forces and militants continued for the fifth consecutive day in Kashmir on Monday. As the rage entered the fifth day seven people including four people and three soldiers have been killed. The shootout between security forces and militants in the forests in Mendhar area of Poonch began on Thursday. The militants are suspected to owe allegiance to Jaish-e-Mohammed outfit. A large number of troops have been rushed to the area.
