'Fiscal deficit would be handled efficiently'

Finance minister P Chidambaram on completing one year in office on Wednesday said that there is a need to stabilize rupee and the growth will follow thereafter. He also added that the current deficit is not worst than the last year and like the previous year, the deficit would be handled efficiently. The Finance Minister also claimed that the fiscal deficit this year will be contained at 4.8%.
