Updated on Feb 17, 2012 03:37 pm IST
The Indian Coast Guard on Friday said that the killing of the two fishermen by Italian sailors was a result of an error in judgment on their part. Italian oil tanker Enrica Lexie, from which gunshots were fired killing two Indian fishermen off Alappuzha, has been brought to Kochi early on Friday. The ship has been berthed at Kochi oil terminal, where security has been tightened.
