Food bill cannot be drafted inside AC rooms: Sushma

Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha, Sushma Swaraj while addressing a farmers' parliament in the capital on Saturday slammed the UPA government for its up coming Food Security Bill saying such bills cannot be a success if they are not discussed with the people. She said such bills cannot possibly be drafted while sitting in air-conditioned rooms.
