Fuel price cuts in India bring smiles to the people after the government slashed petroleum product prices by up to 11 percent on Wednesday, a second reduction in nearly two months.The price of petrol was lowered by 5 rupees per litre, or 11 percent, from 45.62 rupees in New Delhi, while diesel will be 2 rupees, or 6 percent, cheaper from the current retail price of 32.86 rupees in New Delhi.
