New Delhi has re-assured Beijing that the Olympics torch would be provided full security and would have a smooth run during its relay through the country. The Olympic torch will reach New Delhi on April 17 after a 130-day relay. India's junior Foreign Minister Anand Sharma gave this assurance on the sidelines of India-Africa Editor's Conference in New Delhi on Thursday.
