Gautam Chikermane speaks on erratic behaviour of sensex

Hailing Congress' sweeping election victory, BSE Sensex gained 10.73 per cent. Sensex crossed 13,000 points and Nifty rose by over 500 points. Trading halted for the day at both BSE and NSE as Nifty breaches 20 per cent upper circuit, Gautam Chikermane comments.
