Gehlot demands Rs 51K crore grant, special status for Rajasthan

Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot, who recently participated in the National Development Council (NDC) Meeting in New Delhi, has demanded a special category status and Rs 51000 crore grants for Rajasthan from the 12th Five-Year-Plan, since the state is facing some difficult problems due to the geographical conditions.
