Govt answerable for misusing the CBI: Modi

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today said that the government will be answerable to the people of the country for misusing CBI against several senior police officers and his other close aides, who are facing CBI probes in either the 2002 riots or a series of alleged fake encounters which have created a political storm. While addressing a function in Gujarat's Ahmedabad city, Modi said that the government will be held accountable for using the CBI to fulfill their vested interest.
