Govt clumsily handling prez poll: Advani

Taking into account the recent developments on the crucial Presidential elections, Senior BJP leader LK Advani after meeting Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa has said that the Congress is not handling the issue properly. Addressing media persons, Advani said that the Congress has failed to create consensus even within its own camp. Advani added that he had asked Jayalalithaa for a coordinated approach for the Presidential election. Meanwhile Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa has said that she cannot comment on the issue since no clear candidate has emerged and the Congress party has botched up the issue.
