Govt eager to resume talks with ULFA: Pillai

Home Secretary, GK Pillai in Shillong on Friday said that the central as well as the state governments are eager to resume dialogue with the United Liberation Front of Asom, the outlawed separatist outfit of Assam. He further said that the meeting of the governing council of the ULFA itself took place in the jail and the government was waiting for response from the detained leaders.
